中鼎股份首臺人形機器人正式下線

　　近日，由中鼎股份聯合深圳逐際動力、合肥柔性科天共同設立的合資公司——合肥鼎力科興智能機器人有限公司，迎來重要里程碑時刻：首臺全尺寸人形機器人正式下線。這標志著中鼎股份在人形機器人整機生產方面實現了“從0到1”的歷史性突破，打通了“核心部件自制—精密組件裝配—整機集成調試”的全鏈條能力，目前已圍繞研發攻關、產線規劃、產能籌備等進入實質推進階段。
 

　　Recently, a joint venture established by Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Limx Dynamics, and Hefei Rouxing Ketian—Hefei Dingli Kexing Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd.—reached a significant milestone: the official rollout of its first full-size humanoid robot. This marks a historic "from 0 to 1" breakthrough for Zhongding Sealing in the manufacturing of complete humanoid robots, with a full capability chain established covering in-house production of core components, precision component assembly, and complete machine integration and debugging. Currently, it has entered the substantive advancement stage, focusing on R&D breakthroughs, production line planning, and capacity preparation.

　　作為人形機器人的“鏈主”企業，中鼎股份聚焦人形機器人本體及核心部件的研發制造中心項目，預計總投資約12億元。其中人形機器人本體項目規劃年產能可達3000臺，預計2026年產值近2億元。
 

　　As a "chain-leading" enterprise in the humanoid robotics sector, Zhongding Sealing is focusing on a project for the R&D and manufacturing of humanoid robot bodies and core components, with an estimated total investment of approximately CNY 1.2 billion. Among these, the humanoid robot body project is planned to achieve an annual production capacity of 3,000 units, with an estimated output value of nearly CNY 200 million by 2026.

　　中鼎股份依托在汽車零部件、精密智能制造領域的深厚積累，自2025年開始通過旗下子公司安徽睿思博機器人科技有限公司切入機器人賽道，其諧波減速器、力覺傳感器、輕量化骨骼等核心零部件已獲得多家定點量產突破，并先后與逐際動力、奇瑞機器人、眾擎機器人、上海傅利葉、埃夫特等國內一線機器人品牌建立深度戰略合作，初步形成了中鼎機器人本體及核心部件產業生態。
 

　　Leveraging its deep expertise in automotive components and precision intelligent manufacturing, Zhongding Sealing entered the robotics sector in 2025 through its subsidiary, Anhui Wisdom Robot Technology Co., Ltd. Core components such as harmonic reducers, force sensors, and lightweight skeletal structures have achieved multiple mass-production breakthroughs. The company has also established deep strategic partnerships with leading domestic robotics brands, including Limx Dynamics, Chery Robotics, Zhongqing Robotics, Shanghai Fourier Intelligence, and EFORT, forming a preliminary industrial ecosystem for Zhongding's robot bodies and core components.
